Illinois Teacher Certification 

A complete application should include the following:

1. Complete form ISBE 73-03C Application for Teaching Certificate- The Illinois college/university must complete the section verifying that the applicant completed a state-approved program, i.e., affix the Institutional seal and signature of the college/university certification officer.

2. Complete form ISBE 73-10 Certification Registration Form.

3. Official transcripts from all colleges attended in original sealed envelope.

4. A $30.00 money order or certified check made out to ROE 17. Please call for additional registration fees.
