Administrative Certificate
Certificate holders who were employed as an administrator at any time in the public school during the five years, please do the following to renew:
Please submit your statement of assurance at Educator Certification System (ECS). This can only be submitted online. Check back with ECS periodically as to when your Statement of Assurance has been approved.
If you did not work all five years as an administrator, please file for exemption for your status in the Educator Certification System.
Once your Statement of Assurance has been approved, please do one of the two following options:

Certificate holders who are renewing and who are not employed as an administrator in a public school during the previous five years, please do the following:
Maintain the evidence of completion for the professional development activity or activities completed in preparation for the possibility of a random audit.
