With so many career options available, where do you start? Interest assessments are used to explore careers, rate enjoyable activities, personal qualities, and interesting school subjects which can then be used to match interests to career clusters. Careers are organized into 16 career clusters which highlight occupations, industries, and majors with common knowledge and skills. Career Pathways represent over 80 different small groups of occupations within a career cluster which can be used to learn how education and training might help individuals move within an occupation.
